Brief Product Description:

ProSeries II is designed for the mid-size law firm of between six and fifteen lawyers. There are no optional modules except real estate, cost recovery and case management links. The product is developed to grow with the firm, you may invest in as many timekeepers and workstations as you need incrementing by one each time the need arises. Annual support includes upgrades and you pay for unlimited support based on timekeeper.

The ProSeries II Trust module meets all Bar Association requirements. It will prevent overdrafts from occurring. It tracks all trust activity from deposits to disbursements. It produces detailed reports and is easy to maintain.

The ProSeries II Accounts Payable module gives a law firm the ability to simultaneously - Charge back client advanced costs to multiple clients; setup timely payments to vendors; and maintain a detailed aged payables file. A single entry performs as many as five separate functions.

The ProSeries II General Ledger module is open-ended and does not require a "hard close" at the end of each month. Recurring journal entries can be set up for automatic entry. Detailed reports can be printed or displayed to the screen at any time.
